How does a company become an issuer with MSD?

Following listing approval from the relevant authority, the company executes an issuer services agreement with MSD. We then admit the securities to the central depository and set up the shareholder register.

Does MSD handle dividend distributions?

Yes. MSD administers corporate action entitlements including dividends, bonus shares, and rights issues based on the issuer payment instructions and the record date.
